Fill Out a Connect Card

First Congregational Church strives to welcome people where they are while joining with them on their journeys of life and faith. The cards on this page enable anyone to submit a prayer request or discuss ways to share in the work and mission of this community. However, there are also paper versions of these three cards in the back of the pews in the sanctuary.
